No, the notion that it takes a constitutional amendment to fix a problem that isn’t there in the first place is just that, a notion that was misinterpreted by a judge, not congress. The 14th amendment, as noted by it’s authors was never intended to be abused by illegal aliens. Fred was asked about this by Laura Ingraham. He didn’t have an answer.
