We should raise taxes on the rich scum so that they don’t have any money left to spend on their own campaigns.

Yep, I would feel much better if Romney used mostly OUR tax money (by using mostly PUBLIC FUNDING) rather than his own money....lol /s

The Democrats aren’t crossing over when they have a horserace of their own to deal with.

When Michigan was stripped of its delegates for moving its primary up, Obama dropped out of the 'contest'. The inevitable one should have an overwhelming victory.

I was young when this happened, my parents often watched The Lou Gorden Show. I also remember articles in the Free Press showing pictures of George Romney's "extended" family.

WRONG.. I don’t like mega millionaires trying to buy an office. Explain to me the difference between writing a check to a candidate for 20 million and writing one yourself. I’m a FLAT TAX man, I’m not rich, but in the top 2%. I don’t hate rich guys, I love em! But they shouldn’t use their millions to skew elections toward them. They should have to RAISE THE MONEY LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE!

I didn't pick the candidates. Had Brownback not dropped out, he would be my second choice. But now it is Huckabee. Thompson used to be my third choice but his attitude of late has dropped him to forth place. McCain (who I REALLY DO NOT LIKE) is my third choice.

"Couldn’t happen to a nicer CINO-RINO."

And HINO (Husband in Name Only.) Taking the perspective of Mrs. Giuliani #1 and Mrs. Giuliani #2. At least.

"There’s something utterly pathetic about the notion of a multi-millionaire running for public office and asking his campaign staff to work without pay."

You got it. Says something about his sense of justice, too.

It is perfectly legal in Michigan for democrats to vote Republican. The Democrats have pulled their candidates out of there to punish Michigan for changing their day. There is no contest there on the Dem side.

I was trying to point out why other GOP candidates may be opting to not spend much in Michigan.

They all know the Democrats are going to mess up the result in a perfectly legal way.

I can see why Romney would try to duke it out there. He has ties and it may be close to the end of the line for him.

The perfect answer would be Hunter, but...

"I like Rudy and wish him a happy life back in New York. He’s just too liberal to be the Republican nominee."

Know what? He might make a fairly decent mayor.

So he’s a CINO-RINO-HINO... Hmmmm, how can we simplify this?

Let’s just call him a “Kennedy.”

So then he's a CINO-RINO-HINO-GINO? (Giuliani in Name Only?)

Just a few months ago, many thought Rudy was the inevitable nominee. I never believed it for a second. He is history. Might be best for him since the media will no longer have a reason to focus on his misuse of public funds to support his affair with his current wife.

Yes, in next Tuesday’s Michigan primary, the dems will only have options of Hillary! and Uncommitted.

There is a local push in Detroit for dems to go out and vote uncommitted to stick it to Hillary! (and presumably support Obama), but who knows...

Yep.

On a serious note, I sincerely hope that the next Republican President appoints him as head of FEMA--where he will do an OUTSTANDING job--while doing no damage with his 'pro-abortion, pro-amnesty, pro-sanctuary city, anti-gun, gay rights crusading' social positions. Even his 'train wreck' of a personal life wouldn't be that big of a deal in that job.

And, God forbid, if the Dems win--I would think that a liberal like Rudy would STILL be a good appointee in that job (which is absolutely PERFECT for him under a democrat)!!!
