Just try to imagine, say, Secretary of State Podhoretz briefing President Giuliani on his first meeting with the leaders of the Baluchistan Liberation Army, and it becomes obvious that we may be entering a new and hazardous era. He ain't kidding. LOL.
This article has to be one of the best assessments of the Middle East I've ever read.
