The mud isn't as bad today, but I'm sure it'll rain again soon. That's how it tends to work here this time of year. As soon as the mud dries, we get deluged. LOL

Not a total surprise. We knew and he knew when he joined the Reserve that this could happen. Just really wasn’t expecting it so soon.

He’s got everything lined for his bride for the time being. They were going to finish the semester at MU in Columbia and then move down here to Springfield and go to MSU. I don’t know what she’ll do. I’m advocating going ahead with the move. She’ll need to be closer to family for the year ahead and it’s a 3 hour drive from Columbia down here.

Yes it will. He’s trying to decide whether to take his cellphone or just depend on the phone service there. He doesn’t want his soon to be bride to have to worry about a big cellphone bill!
