I did’nt even send my questionair in.The party does’nt listen anyway as one can see by who their pushing in this campaign.

I also promised myself I would’nt give the Party a dime until the border was thoroughly secured.Since it has’nt been secured i’m not giving a red cent. That’s what the survey was for.Too raise money.

I find it interesting that people seem to support Thompson, but think Romney is going to win and is more electable.

It’s just odd, this attitude, that I like my guy but I think that other guy will win, especially when the majority is liking the same guy!

Anyway, interesting survey.

It seems Fred Thompson has a solid base of support on Free Republic, in this poll, and Limbaugh seems to be supporting him. But it doesn't seem to be showing. I wonder why he isn’t taking off like he should be. The media ignoring him is one reason but it seems he should be pulling away from the liberal candidates. Hopefully he will in the coming days. He needs to win South Carolina.

“I did’nt even send my questionair in.The party does’nt listen anyway as one can see by who their pushing in this campaign.”

When I receive a mailing from the GOP I print a blistering complaint regarding the many problems they are ignoring, such as drunken-sailor spending, open borders, amnesty legislation scams, etc. I tell them they’ll not get a red cent from me until the party straightens-the-he!! up; and then I mail it back to them in their own prepaid return envelope. The sad part is that the Party probably never sees anyone’s complaints. These mailings and contacts probably come from some boiler room fundraising outfit someplace actually far-removed from where the Party wheels are.

Hunter’s beginning to show some signs of that elusive “traction.” The “electability” thing seems to be pretty much just a creature of media exposure to date. That can change.

That’s an amazing poll. Fred is clearly the favorite, but the dying, socialist “mainstream” newsrooms have been successful in painting him as somebody who is less likely to beat the rat candidate.

Also, it is pretty darn clear that immigration is the top issue. Hopefully, this will result in McCrazy and the Huckster getting knocked out soon.

In short, this survey should serve as the playbook for anybody who wants the nomination.

I do the exact same thing, but I tell them I contribute directly to the candidates of MY choice!!

fundraising outfit someplace actually far-removed from where the Party wheels are.

Yep, prolly in China.

So, Hunter gets 10% in this poll but he’s still excluded from debates. Good going, GOP.

Maybe if they asked what people THINK about issues, instead of what they FEEL, we’d get a better survey.

The way things are going so far, I FEEL, no one is THINKING. I am having a difficult time making the nexus between Hunter at 1% and immigration and national security being far and away the most important issues. Perhaps the media and the elites get them so involved in the horse race they forget about the issues? It doesn’t matter that none of them have ever done anything to secure our borders and have no experience with the military or national security. The same game is played on the other side and there you have it.
