Why Lieberman, and why not “Hirree”? That way she could be the first woman veep first, and then the first woman president in four years. What a legacy for the first woman in this world, nobody could do it better.

I saw Lieberman interviewed about that. He said, in similar words: No way would I serve as VP. I am staying where I am. I had a hard enough fight to get here this time, and I will continue to serve and not leave the voters who put me here.
He seemed very definite. But, then, don't they all?
