More French trash to keep you all going through the weekend.
Personally, I wish France were being governed by grown-ups, and that in such a serious world, the President would not come off as a buffoon.
His UMP Party, the government, and the French people are becomeing very concerned.

Well, this would probably lead to a next question, "Is the child really Sarko's?"
I wonder if Sarko want to pull Napoleon Bonaparte, who had rather scandalous relationship with Josephine de Beauharnais.

It is all rather entertaining, isn’t it?
I would rather see this kind of thing than all the homosexual nonsense that seems to erupt regularly out of our Houses of Congress.

I wonder who will be playing these folks in the movie? I am a little surprised to see the snooty French with a Hungarian President and an Italian First Lady!

Sarkozy is French. His father is Hungarian, though.

I notice who much Sarko likes “new” things, it’s almost like he is trying to paint a picture of massive change in France with everything he does.

The story is a hoax. It has been dismissed by 20 minutes on their website. See
here in french. Apparently it was planted by a blogger on the 20 minutes website.

They certainly are making a spectacle of themselves! How entertaining! Next thing you know, they’ll announce that each wears a chain with a little vial containing the other’s blood.

This is troubling. Sarkozy is probably the most powerful conservative leader in the world right now (since Bush is a lame duck). Now that the US has taken a step back on issues such as nuclear proliferation and human rights abuses, we need France to fill in the gap more than ever. It will not be helpful if he whittles away his power due to personal issues.
