Speaking of SOUTH CAROLINA, folks....

Folks, here is where they could be and could have already been in severe violation of State or Federal Election Law, and FCC Law in the last few days:

At the beginning of the both the debate in New Hampshire and later in the debate in South Carolina, the moderators started into the show announcing, on national TV (and particularly to the voters of those states) to the effect that (and particularly in South Carolina-I rolled the tape again):

"Here are the GOP Primary Candidates"

Freepers, and Hunter Supporters: This is a serious miss-statement of the facts and as a public media announcement, is just as illegal as announcing that the election will be held on January 20th, even though it will be held on January 19th, in other words, limiting voters' choices through misstatement or misrepresentation. Election Fraud.

Fox TV, MSNBC, the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Republican Party of South Carolina individually and as a group are in serious error to state, via the mass media with the Official Sponsorship of the Party at a political promotional event, that the men on the stage are the sole choices in an election within the primary contest held by the Party, if legally there are others also on the state ballot. This is the approach I would have the potential lawsuit(s) take.

People have been arrested on spreading word, through phone calls or circulars, that the election would be a day later than it was, and this is no different when you publicly state who the candidates are but do not have a disclaimer that the men on stage do not represent all of those legally on the ballot.

Passing this on to the Hunter Campaign would be appreciated.
