When the 1/3 of the world defecates over a hole in the ground can get a toilet and figure out how to use one, I might care, but I doubt it That reminded me of my shock the first time I ventured into downtown Saigon when I first got to Viet Nam. I was in a bar on Tu do street I think it was, and they had a TV set and all in there, when I went to the "bathroom" I was shocked to find a hole with feet outlined on the floor where you were to stand. Still can't get that image out of my mind.
