He may have been using a non-standard holster for the Glock, and then it fired when he was “adjusting it” taking down or up his trousers. Use only Glock holsters for Glocks.....even though they look cheap.
I would bet it had something to do with the holster, too. Unless he was...er...playing with it in the restroom...
