If they are innocent then release them with an airline ticket and say goodbye. If they are known jihadies then they should leave feet first, I don’t trust the Yemen Government to keep them in custody.

Yemen doesn’t have a good track record for keeping prisoners. Especially if they have something against the USA. Remember what happened to the suspects that they had for the USS Cole bombing. Gone now.
