Well, according to Hillary's opponent, Mr. Obama, a baby who manages to slip out of the birth canal and has the audacity to actually be born, despite the fact that an abortion was attempted, is not only "illegal," it does not even exist.

Now, to be fair, Hillary signed on to the "Born Alive Act," which is analogous to the "dryfoot" rule for Cubans--if you make it all the way, we'll grant you immunity.
