Racial abuse was shouted and a weapon was used by someone. There was no specific evidence that any of the three individuals used the weapon or shouted the abuse. But, as they were part of a mob of 30, it would be unsuprising if witnesses couldn’t pick out indivduals to tie to specific actions.
It’s fairly irrelevant as there was obviously enough evidence to convict each of them of attempted murder.
Without compromising the decency of the forum; could you tell me what kind of racial epithets Asians with Arabic surnames might hurl at white people? I ask because it is common here for our leftist press to level accusations of racism at those of us opposed to illegal immigration when in fact “Mexican” is a nationality not a race. It goes without saying (or should) that not all illegals are Mexicans but that doesn’t stop the press.
