My old 20 gauge side-by-side has dual triggers, and, if I recall correctly, pulling the rear trigger first will fire both barrels at once. And, OMG, my blackpowder Navy Colt replica has chain-fired a couple of times. I guess it’s a fully automatic pistol!

Heck, I had a US Army Colt 1911A1 .45 ACP that was so worn it fired two rounds at once. About made me poop. I loudly complained to the armorer, who shrugged it off.
At that moment, I was chastised by a LTC for berating “his” armorer. The armorer then gave *him* the *same* .45 to qualify with. The LTC promptly squeezed off two rounds with one trigger pull. He then relieved the armorer.
