It is the theme of the white liberal elite. The black leaders of the "race industry" are corrupt partners in this world view: "Individuals do not have to, in fact they cannot, take care of themselves. That is the job of government."

Not that he is any different, but Obama appears to be complicating the arrangement.

The white guy (Johnson) would not have done anything unless the black man (King) did what he did. So Clinton had no point. After all it was Johnson that told two governors on Air Force One about the Civil Rights bill

"I'll have those n****** voting Democratic for the next 200 years".
