Musharraf: Pakistani troops were tougher, could go on bread and water,US troops would need chocolate
Daily Times, Pakistan ^

BB was very unpopular with army: Musharraf

The president said tribal agreements did not solve the problem in FATA, but insisted that negotiations must continue.

‘Pakistani troops can do better in FATA’: He said if the US undertook a unilateral operation inside Pakistan, they would “curse the day they came here”.

“I know these areas, and I know American troops. I know our troops. This is not easy.”

He said Pakistani troops were tougher and could go on roti (bread) and water, while the US troops would need chocolate. “We are totally in cooperation on the intelligence side,” he said. “But we are totally against (a military operation). We will ask for assistance from outsiders. They won’t impose their will on us.”

The fool must be smoking camel dung to make such a false statement. America’s military are the best in the world and will stomp a mudhole in our enemies asses & then walk it dry.

Respectfully,
NSNR

FATA?

I guess thats a Fatwa without the wuh.

But if Americans use the chocolate, they'd be FATA too, no?

Well, that's going to come as a complete surprise to these guys...

Not that our troops aren’t the toughest on earth, but with superior training, weapons and leadership … we can eat chocolate and still beat your butt.

We ate chocolate in WWII, and won. We ate chocolate in Korea and were winning until the politicians jumped in. We ate chocolate in VN and were winning until the politicians jumped in, and we are eating chocolate in Iraq and are kicking backsides.

And if it comes down to it, we will be eating chocolate when we have the occasion to kick your butt!

/rant off

Seems that a former leader of Iraq said that we would “curse the day” also.

/now, rant over

Those guys are pussies....I am talking about cavalry reenactors, the ones that do the 200 mile rides using Civil War equipment and tactics. Now if these guys do the 30 mile one day marches then they are the ones...

There is an element of truth in it. Our guys whipped the biggest baddest army there ever was, munching on Hersheys and puffing on Lucky Strikes all the way.
