Interesting; since I haven’t seen or heard of any real polling here. I would bet the poll was a quiet tel call in Charlotte and Raleigh.....The newspapers and tv stations have not push polled yet.

The polls were wrong in NH. I hope they are here also. Hard to believe that many Republicans are this stupid and vote for McCain.

Today's The Washington Times in an editorial listed McCain's record on illegal aliens as
1. Supporting mass amnesty.
2. Supporting in-state tuition for illegal aliens.
3. Voted to kill border fence.
4. Voted against permanently barring gang members and terrorists from the United States.
5. Voted in favor of Social Security benefits to illegal aliens who commit identity theft.

No. 4 alone brings to mind The Manchurian Candidate. McCain is in a frenzy to push foreign interests and he certainly is not to be trust in handling WOT. It would be dangerous for this country to have him as POTUS. He is also mentally unstable.
