How about partial-birth infanticide? The bill that outlawed that practice was signed by a Republican president. What was the party affiliation of the president who refused to sign that bill, it was Democrat (BJ Clinton). How about originalist SC nominees? It was a Republican president who nominated them.

The little that can be legally done to limit abortion has been done by Republicans. BTW, Reagan tried to get an amendment passed to end abortion in the United States. It went done to defeat by a Democratically controlled Congress. I believe he was Republican, too, wasn't he?
