I think the journo's are scared because they witnessed first hand what he will do with his high government elected seat to get back to any and all that cross him. These of the high minded left rather enjoyed the 'scorched earth' campaign of terror to conservatives by McCain & Inc. Right now they the journo's are riding high because of the power McCain transferred to them via his redistribution of power to speech. Kinda like they know NOT to bite the hand that fed them.
