The Gov. per Executive Order made all applicants for a Driver License be required to have a valid Social Security
card. That requirement will eliminate illegal aliens from obtaining a license. The mandate is effective in Jan. 08
I will believe it when I see OR DMV actually implement it effectively. Until then, consider me VERY skeptical.
