Prince of cups - what does the different colours that they are wearing mean?

Hi Snugs,

If you mean the colored robes, then the colors have no significance that I am aware of. Everyone normally wears white "thobes", but they are of a very thin cloth for the normal high temperatures. Dark colors (blues, browns, black) are worn in winter because of the additional weight and thickness of the materials. And, it has been colder in Riyadh for the past 4 days than I can ever remember.

Please note that royalty and leaders of major tribes where a lighter covering over the thobe---gold is a favorite color. This is generally worn at public events.

Incidentally, what wonderful collection of photos everyone posted. Certainly this contrasts sharply with the stereotypes often seen in the media and in Freeperland.
