I’m guessing you are being sarcastic? If not, consider that the surprising thing about this statistic is that 15% of those arrested were not truck drivers. Afterall, who primarily frequents truck stops, if not truck drivers?
As a former independent truck driver for over 8 years and a part time truck driver for another 7 years after that, I can tell you that indeed there is a large amount of crime at truck stops. Primarily, drugs, prostitution, and selling of stolen merchandise, about in that order.
My own analysis as to why this is begins with a list of the jobs that pay a livable wage that can be done by a low socially skilled person with criminal tendancies and such that he seldom has to interact with other people. Driving a truck heads the list.
The fact that pornography plays a role by fueling these evil desires and eventually leads some to act on those desires is just an obvious conclusion. It has nothing to do with trucks other than you are going to find truckers at truck stops. To pretend blaming pornography is like blaming trucks is a disgusting response.
