MSNBC Bows to Las Vegas Judge Who Wants Kucinich in the Debates

It's not that simple. MSNBC disinvited him after first inviting him (and accepting his decision to accept). It's a possible breach of contract to not include him.

Were there really any contracts involved?

I don’t know, but breach of contract was part of the petition by Kucinich’s lawyers.

Seems like a stretch to me but unfortunately judges seem to be able to do whatever they want.
