Since only one in four are hispanic at all, and many of those are undoubtedly full citizens or perfectly legal residents, I doubt your guess.

Morals are voluntary. Men are free to change them at the drop of a hankie. Determinism is for geology.

Furthermore, Hispanics do not abort their children and never have. They would lose too much in welfare to do that. Never mind they have not learned: “don’t breed ‘em if you can’t feed ‘em.”
