Kucinich Barred From Dems' Debate, Again Court Rules In Favor Of NBC Plans
POSTED: 9:49 am EST January 15, 2008 LAS VEGAS -- Nevada Supreme Court judges ruled in favor of NBC News and its plans to only include the top three candidates in Tuesday night's Democratic debate on MSNBC.
NBC originally planned to invite the top four Democratic candidates. When Bill Richardson dropped out of the race, NBC changed its plans and included only the top three candidates. Dennis Kucinich, who moved up to the fourth spot in Richardson's absence, challenged the plans. Monday a lower court ordered NBC to include Kucinich in the debate.
Tuesday nights debate lineup includes Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York and Barack Obama of Illinois as well as former Sen. John Edwards. Dennis Kucinich will not be on stage.
In another court case in Nevada, a group of Democrats filed a lawsuit to force a change in ground rules for Saturday's caucuses.

This is not fair. We had to let Ron Paul in..............
I think the Sci-Fi Channel should sponsor a two-candidate debate: Kucinich vs. R. Paul................
where in hell is the debate thread ??????????
I will wait for the various news channels to feed me the results ad infinitum tomorrow. ;-)
“In another court case in Nevada, a group of Democrats filed a lawsuit to force a change in ground rules for Saturday’s caucuses.”
Yeah, let’s disenfranchise the voters.
And the MSM will remain silent.
I’m so sorry, Dennis, but that spot was reserved to fill the Hispanic quota.
While we laugh, we might also notice that the fix is in!
Kookie is quite an embarassment to the RAT Party, and you can bet that if Numbah 4 were a Kennedy, or, yes, a Hispanic, or a homeboy, or a ho, you can bet they’d be included!
That does it. I’m not going to watch the debate if they keep Kucinich out. Of course I wasn’t going to watch it anyway.
