I didn’t think Hillary charted a plane. She just sponged off of her friends who own planes.

135 operators used to be limited to 6 pax, but then with growth of commuters (many of which were 135 operations at least at first) that rule may be changed.
How many can they fly now?
Is a pax safety announcement required on a charter flight? Now that I think about it, isn’t the PIC required to conduct a “sufficient” safety briefing on every flight?
I’m guessing her A/C is being flown by a 121 operator.

She could probably get a decent 757 pretty cheap.
