The Friends on Fox listed all the candidates’ campaign stops for today...failing to mention Fred. I thought, well, surely some viewers will email in to remind them. However, during the second report he was also omitted.
Trouble is, he needs to ignite the party as well. So far, he hasn't done so--except for a small segment of Republicans.
AH, but remember! The MSM is pushing who THEY want, and the sheeples are falling for it.
MSM giving grudging attention to Fred because they like what he is doing supporting McCain. If he was really a threat or trying to win they'd be taking after him, and harping on his "negative" campaigning.
Thompson draws ‘line in sand’ in South Carolina

First Thompson said he was all in for Iowa, then hes quoted saying he needs to come in second. He places third.
Thompson: I Need to Come in Second

Now he draws a line in the sand, but I just dont think it means anything. He might as well be saying the tooth fairy endorses him, because both statements have no meaning.
Well, one thing is for sure—this will be interesting if there is no clear-cut front runner within a month.
No one, and I mean no one, is dropping out of this race until after Feb. 5 at the earliest.
All three have fractured Republican support. That's why Fred, who is all of those three and more, should be the one we are pushing.
I like the guy a lot and he may indeed make the best President among all the candidates, but I think he has given us all a seminar in how to squander all positive momentum.
He changed a winning game.
Better he stayed in the press even if he did not run and do a lot of unofficial running.
He had the world watching in the summer, then he got out of the light of the main stream press and played coy.
Now he has zero momentum when he had it all.
The guy just blew it in that regard IMO.
I hope he can prove me wrong and take this thing, he is the best IMO, but at this point I am going to reduce his 10% chance of winning down to 1%.
“While taking it easier on his longtime friend McCain”
“McCain’s flakman”
McCain’s stalking horse, alright. The gentle swipes he has take at McCain—the clear front runner—are embarrassingly lame. His “play-dead-until-it-benefits-his-friend-McCain” campaign is disgusting. And then he spends almost all his fire blasting McCain’s foes. If McCain gets the nomination he will offer Thompson as his running mate to make things nice with conservatives. Just watch.
You mean Michigan, right?
Fred took McCain to task on each issue on Glenn Beck’s program. Posted on FR yesterday.
"To task"? Are you kidding? "To task" would be if he said.."McCain is no conservative, McCain has sabotaged the Republican agenda since 2000, here are the examples: CFR, global warming, immigration, taxes, etc"
Thats the type of political hyperbole he used on Huckabee. With MCCain its all kid gloves
Listen, if it looks like a stalking horse, maybe it is one.
If it sounds like a conspiracy theorist, it probably is.
