Didn't you see the story yesterday where it was recommended they raise gas taxes by about that same amount? I did see that! What are they smoking to have an idea like that?

Actually the way our "fearless leaders" think is first they punch a hole in one side. Then when the boat lists to that side they punch a hole in the other side. Then the boat sinks evenly but it looks like there is no problem.
