As a retired military serviceman, I respect Sen. McCain’s service to our country, but if I am going to vote for a Republican, I’m going to vote for a Republican—not a RINO!!!!
The Newless Courier hasn’t changed much from when I used to read Ashley Cooper’s column.
The guy will be 76 years old before his first term would end. He’s no Ronald Reagan.
That said, I’d rather have McCain than the flip-flopping, two-faced, lying, self-serving, Ted Kennedy/Massachusettes-Liberal Mitt Romney.
At least we know what McCain stands for and what he will do.
McCain = guaranteed GOD defeat in ‘08.
Make that “GOP” defeat
What’s more, he will make sure the American public knows about such earmarks as the $3 million allocation to study the DNA of bears in Montana and promises to do so with a bit of “good natured” chiding, much in the style of his mentor, Ronald Reagan.

Good natured chiding from McCain? That’s not the McCain I know and distrust.
Yeah, the last time we gave the nomination to someone who “deserved” it we got Bob Dole.
I’ve always given McCain the respect he deserves, but NO, he doesn’t deserve a win in South Carolina from REPUBLICANS.
His actions over the course of the past two decades demonstrate why REPUBLICANS won’t vote for him.
I know I won’t under any foreseeable circumstances.
McCain cannot expect to be “given” anything. If he had been a loyal conservative, instead of collaborating with Democrats in order to be a MSM darling, he would be a shoo in.
His record really makes him very undeserving of conservative votes. I see him as a Bob Dole.
On FR there is no a McCainTruthFile, so I’m free to support him.
Oh good gracious that pic of the cat summed up my feelings exactly when I saw the headline!
I cannot post what McCain deserves.
I assume that this is a socialist/communist leaning newspaper?
McCain-Feingold criminalizes free speech. ‘Nuff said.
No, it isn’t.
McChurian is a globalist through and through.
I respect his military service to a point . . .
I still wonder how much brainwashing has lingered.
But his family’s corrupt history in globalist circles plus his treasonous positions on a number of issues is far too much for me to stomach the character.
God have mercy on us if the choice were to be between McChurian and Shrillery. What a black and bleak prospect that would be.
Machiavellian Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumm ‘Twould be.
The media is pulling out all the stops for McCain.
