It seems her husband is the subject.

We are in the time that Christ referred to as “the beginning of sorrows,” referring to the last days (Matthew 23:8; etc.).

More and more Christians will be brought before courts and so forth during these last days, as prophesied by Christ 2 thousand years ago

“But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils... and ye shall be brought before rulers for my sake, for a testimony against them.” - Jesus Christ, Mark 13:9

Jesus is coming soon; halleluiah.

God bless.

Ruht

Please. People have been saying that for 2000 years, and they've all been wrong. What kind of arrogance does it take to believe that they all messed up, but you've got it figured out, and to state it as if it's a plain fact? You're looking at the same kinds of coincidental similarities that the rest of the end-times prediction set was looking at, but it wasn't about them, and it's not about us.

It reminds me of the old song: "You're so vain, you probably think this verse is about us."

Anyway if you read the end of the passage in Matthew 24, you'll see that Christ was telling his followers that all those things were to happen in that generation. They did.

Despite being unable to confront her accuser and offer exculpatory evidence, the Iowa Supreme Court declined to review the case.

So much for due process of law and being entitled to a fair trial. This is a judicial railroading. I'll bet $10 the judge is pro-abortion.

If this episode doesn't prove our Constitution and the judicial system is in the toilet waiting to be flushed, what will.

May the Lord use this to His Glory. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Must I be punished for my refusal to recognize psychiatry as a legitimate medical science? What gives this court the right to order medical help for which I have no need or desire? Is it not “my body, my choice?” Must I also ingest mind altering psychotropic drugs prescribed by a psychiatrist to satisfy this court order? Does this court routinely order psychiatric evaluations for misdemeanor convictions?

The Holy Spirit wrote that one. This whole case should be dismissed. The Judge is way out of line. She's trying to get Donna Holman committed, this is the first step.

People need to know about major constitutional problems, in my opinion, with Roe v. Wade. This post (<-click) tells how FDR's 10th A.-ignoring establishment of New Deal federal spending programs arguably led to the USSC's scandalous legalization of abortion. Note that the post gives two non-abortion USSC case examples in order to show Roe v. Wade in a different perspective.

Anybody who feels inclined to comment about the above referenced post, please do so in this thread.

Meanwhile, the WBC Phelps clan is free to spew their vile sewage to their heart’s content.

Unfortunately, Phelps is a Lawyer by profession, although currently disbarred. Most of his extended family are also lawyers. They make part of their income of litigation. Nobody wants to mess with them.

Phelps and his crew disgust me. Fortunately, they're all Democrats...not something well known.

I can’t even comment on your irrational thought pattern.

Plus 72, 16, 43 age doesn’t matter when abiding by the laws. Please remember that. Everyone seems to pound in the fact that she’s 72. It doesn’t matter. She didn’t follow her court appointed orders. End of story.

Then maybe you can remember back when you were in LE what it means to follow court orders.
