Low Turnout helps Fred. In all the internals of the Rasmussen polls, he had the highest “definently voting for him” numbers.

I would think high turnout would be equally favorable to Huckabee and McCain.

You are right the low turnout helps Fred and keeps the Democrats at home and away from our primary.

Wife & I voted for Fred @ 9am and there was a constant stream of voters who looked like Conservativea in my small (2000 voter) Chas. Cty precinct...there were about 100 voters already signed and voted.
Weather was wet and 40 degrees....most Libs will stay in front of CNN today and not bother to support McC or Huck, IMO!
