Williamson County, like Fort Bend County, has had a large influx of liberals and RINOs in the past decade or so. It's not nearly as conservative as people think. Just look at Georgetown having to compromise on the illegal immigration/contract dispute.

I have the luxury of living in Travis County, where I know who the liberals are. Williamson County, things get murky.
