Fred can win it there.”

I’ve seen this scenario floated here on FR. I’m sorry I just don’t see how Fred gets it, even with a brokered convention. His delegate count is almost nothing, his national support is almost nothing. Outside of a small very loyal base Fred just never caught on. I know the rest of the field is largely unacceptable to most conservatives, but it’s just not realistic to think Fred has any chance at this point.
I didn’t see his final numbers in SC. Did he break 20%? I realize that a lot of people here are very disappointed, but it’s time for Fred to put his campaign to bed. The best hope I see now is for 2012.
