Well Sensible, and I think you already know this, many around here feel this way: “If my guy loses it’s because the media is against him. If my guy loses it’s because of voter fraud. If my guy loses it’s because the voters are stupid. If my guy loses it’s because the “system” is rigged.”

But it’s never because the kind of guy I like is not popular with America. It’s never because I and my buddies are on the fringe outside mainstream American thought. And it’s never, never, never because I am wrong.

>>And it’s never, never,never because I am wrong.<<

That's true. This thread reminds me of a bunch of Kucinich supporters I heard talking up here in NH back in December. They were complaining about how the corporate controlled right wing NY Times was pushing the too-conservative Hillary Clinton on them and that Obama was too right wing for them because he voted for "Cheney's energy bill". They blamed the media for the fact that Kucinich has such a small following lol!

The thing with America is that every now and then the pendulum goes back and forth. I truly believe that the Republicans thought that in 1994 Democrats would never ever win an election again and got ARROGANT! Then 2004 came and again they thought the democrats were dead and buried. Shock from around the Republican party came in 2006. In 2008 the pendulum is still not on our side, but I would never say one party is dead...ever. That is totally the dumbest statement ever spoken.
