Havana - Cuba's interim leader, Raúl Castro has announced that the country's new parliament will decide on the political future of ailing leader Fidel Castro on 24 February. Fidel Castro handed power over to his younger brother 18 months ago following intestinal surgery. He has not appeared in public since then.
Cubans go to the polls today to elect members of the national assembly. Fidel Castro is among the 614 candidates for the assembly's 614 seats. On 24 February, the national assembly will elect the 31-member Council of State who in turn will elect a new president.

I would say that God will decide Castro’s future. Probably the devil as well.

Not much need for "exit polls" in Cuba. I'm pretty sure even I could pick the winners before the polls close.
And the libs think the place is a paradise. Liberalism is surely a mental illness.

He’ll still be in power 18 months after he’s stone cold.
