INDIANAPOLIS - Four men have been arrested in connection with the fatal shootings of a baby, a toddler and their mothers while the women held their children in their arms, police said Saturday. Ronald Davis and Dante Hobson, both 30, face four counts of murder, felony murder, robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery in the Jan. 14 slayings, police said at a news conference. A third suspect, Zarumin Coleman, 21, faces charges of conspiracy to commit robbery and assisting a criminal. He was arrested Thursday after a SWAT team swept an Indianapolis apartment building. Jasper Frazier, 36, was charged with attempt to commit robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. He turned himself in to police in Ohio on Thursday, authorities said. All four suspects are from Indianapolis, police Lt. Jeff Duhamell said. "We think we got the primary people that were involved in the homicide," he said, adding that investigators are not releasing a motive behind the killings. Friends Andrea Yarrell and Gina Hunt, both 24, and their children, ages 4 months and 23 months, were all shot repeatedly late Monday in their home in an attack that sparked outrage in the city. Police said Yarrell, her 4-month-old daughter Charlii, Hunt and her 23-month-old son, Jordan, were shot multiple times in the face and torso. "To the ones that did this, I hope there is no peace," Marion County Sheriff Frank Anderson said. Two handguns were found within a block of the house, where the victims lived.

Animals.
Tragic and demented.
I’m willing to temporarily suspend the constitution so that these men could be tortured in the most cruel and unusual manners.
Really do need to bring back IMMEDIATE JUSTICE....
Huckabee would pardon ‘em.
8 years of peterson left the city and especially the east side in a terrible mess.
I want to go Medieval on these 2 bastards just this one time. I’ve already thought of a few treats to give them. painful and slow too.
“Indy is going to have to take the streets back. They need to admit theres a gang problem and that its black vs hispanic.”
People may have a hard time believing it, but Indy’s got a terrible problem with illegal immigrants. They may be “mostly nice people”, but there are a bunch that aren’t.
I live about 30 miles South of there and I won’t go there unless I have to. When I do go, I’m heavily armed.

How incredibly horrifying... Prayers for these young women, and their family and friends, as well as the entire community as they all struggle to understand this senseless violence. Prayers also for the families of the men arrested...

A set of scales, several weapons, a safe and one pound of a what is believed to be marijuana were found in the house, Talley-Sanders said. She said police had been called to the home three times in 2007 to investigate reports of armed robbery, burglary of a resident and a stolen vehicle.
“There’s just a number of factors that have to be looked at,” Mount said. “Because of the things that were found at the scene they are going to look at every possible motive.”
Relatives of the victims turned on four electric candles that are to remain lit until the killers are caught. Police said they had identified people they wish to question and were looking for them, but would not name or describe them.
Annie Boyd, the mother of Andrea Yarrell’s boyfriend, told The Indianapolis Star that her son heard a gunshot while he was on the phone with Yarrell. Gene Boyd, who is in the Indianapolis Men’s Work Release Center on charges in a drug case, told his mother he heard someone break into the home.
“He heard the shot, then heard Gina holler out: ‘Those are my babies!’” Annie Boyd said. “After that the phone went dead.”
Gene Boyd then called his mother, who called 911.
A man who said he was Jasper Frazier, 36, told The Indianapolis Star before he turned himself in that he was at the scene of Monday night’s slayings but did not pull the trigger.
“I ain’t kill them kids, man,” Frazier said, speaking from Toledo. “I’m not running. I’m turning myself in with my family.”
“The people that killed the kids, they was going to kill me,” he said.
“Yeah, I was there, man,” Frazier said, “and I asked the dude there, ‘Why the (expletive) you kill those kids?’ “
Gina Hunt was arrested in a suspected bad check scheme in 2002. The Associated Press was unable to determine the outcome of that case Tuesday.
“On the streets there’s a code of silence, and we need to break that because enough is enough,” said Michael Wolley, a chaplain with the sheriff’s department.
Lesley Yarrell said he was displeased when Hunt recently asked Andrea to stay with her at the Hovey Street home, but he did not elaborate on his concerns.
I went there Sunday and got my younger daughter. I told her I better not catch her there again, he said. But Andrea was an adult, and I couldnt do that with her.He said he placed his daughter in that house after she was nearly killed in a previous drug conflict.
“He said Charlii’s father was shot last fall and Andrea “had to run for her life.” It was after that, Yarrell said that he rented a home for her near his parents.”
“Detectives found two handguns outside near the house, Mount said. Inside, officers found a safe, about a pound of suspected marijuana, an electronic scale, ammunition and three long guns, according to a police report.
Police had been called to the home at other times. In August, burglars stole $5,000 worth of sweat suits, jewelry worth $250, a $4,500 plasma TV and a $200 table, according to a report.”
Gina Hunt must have known the men who broke in and threatened her in September.
T(worked for the state Department of Child Services as a clerk before having Charlii.) to stay with her at the Hovey street home....
“On Sept. 27, two men kicked in a door at the house and held Hunt, another woman and two children at gunpoint, a police report said
(Hunt) was pleading for the life of everyone in the house, officer Noreen Cooper wrote in the report. The suspects reportedly took Hunts cell phone and the house phone and fled, according to the report.
Lesley Yarrell, Andrea Yarrells father, was not happy about some of the people she associated with.
Gina Hunt has two other children, who were not in the house during the shootings. Police said they are safe but declined to say who was caring for them.
Annie Boyd said her son and Andrea Yarrell had been in an off-and-on relationship for about 10 years and had reconnected recently. He was not Charliis father, she said, but he loved the little girl. Boyd said she regarded Yarrell as a daughter.
