BAGHDAD – Coalition Forces resumed the aerial bombardment of an al-Qaeda in Iraq sanctuary in Arab Jabour Jan. 20.
The precision air strikes targeted suspected AQI safe havens as part of Operation Marne Thunderbolt, which is part of the country-wide Operation Phantom Phoenix.
The raid follows the Jan. 10 and Jan. 16 air strikes in the same region which hit a combined total of 64 targets with a total weight of more than 80,000 pounds of bombs.
Additional information will be released as story develops.

Drop a few big ones on them and get this over with. Then bring our troops home and work on the Cript, the Bloods and then MS-13. Time to straighten things out in this country. The hell with the desert rats.

Huh hell. It’s time to get this thing over with. If we can’t end this thing after handling the German Army, one of the best in the world, then we need to go back to training. How many more stories are we going to hear like....”Boy, we are really going to get them this time.”??? Get it over with so we can work on our own country. I mentioned the Cripts and Blood and MS-13. They are destroying our big cities. Look at Los Angeles, Detroit, El Monte, Philidelphia, and the list goes on. Would you live there? People can’t tell me that with the National Guard, our Military and Police, that we can’t clean up our cities. I’m just sayin it’s about time or just move out of those areas and let them have them.
Why do you think that al-qaeda is comparable to the German Army of WWII?

I didn’t compare them to the German army....there is no comparison. As-Qaeda couldn’t carry their water. So why are we having such a hard time with them. They are sand rats, get rid of them and don’t hold back. You will never convert them to our way of thinking. You either let them do what they want and get out or you get rid of them.
Please elaborate.
If you had a choice....either the cripts and blood and ms-13 or our military..........what would you choose? Before you make the choice, think of your parents, your children, your grandparents. I know we are not supposed to have our military come into our cities, but we can bring in the National Guard. If you don’t even want them, go and drive through South East LA at 2:00AM, get out of your car and walk around. How long do you think you’ll last? Do really believe they care about you?
More armed citizens may be the answer.
I can also but you can’t at 100ft away. With the weapons they have and without notice you and I would be dead meat. That is the problem..........you shouldn’t have to take care of yourself. I can walk the streets any time I want where I live. Go any where in LA and tell me you can do the same. You could have in the 40’s and 50’s. Are you saying we have to give that up?

Maybe because the German army wore German army uniforms? Maybe because the German army did not try to hide behind women and children?
Since you know how to take care of Al Quaeda, why don’t you go over to Iraq and point them out to our troops?
