Shhhh. Watch what you wish for. It seems that every time we here on Free Republic settle on somebody, the rest of the Republican world decides on somebody else and our guys end up in the dust.

Either way would be good. What would terminate my support for Fred would be if he rolled over to McCain. Then, I would know for sure his conservative credentials were a fraud.
