There is no such thing as false arrest. It’s a contradiction of terms.
It is at that (kinda like George Carlin's "near miss" when describing two planes that actually do miss each other).
I may be a contradiction in terms, but it’s also a tort.

Wow... I hope you don’t mean that. You’re saying that whoever the police arrest, for whatever reason, at any time, even if the cop is crooked, it is a righteous arrest?
