Something tells me that McDonalds is going to make good on this. I think the cop is going to become the ridicule of the community. Granny should have experienced chest pains and become incontinent in the back of the squad car.

That actually happened in a "parking lot rage" incident in my neck of the woods.
The main difference was, it was a grandpa, not a granny. And the grandpa happened to be a retired fireman/policeman. That didn't help him get any kindness and consideration from the cop, however.
This grandpa was handcuffed and made to sit alone in the back of the squad car while the officer went around the parking lot, interviewing witnesses.
When the officer got back, the grandpa was slumped over dead from a heart attack in the back of the police car.
