The Palestinians are chanting and angry with Egyptian police for closing their border, creating a crisis they say. The Egyptians reasoning is that Hamas militants will escape back into Egypt.
Funny, when Israel was complaining about thugs flowing into Gaza when the border was open, that didn't seem to matter.
And where is the U.N. outrage about the food and water crisis and human rights abuses now?
I guess they believe that can only happen on the border with Israel!
I read yesterday, the Egyptian border has been closed for some time.
I’m sure it has...it had been open for some time and then I think when those Israeli soldiers were kidnapped it was closed, and there may have even been protests before, but I’ve yet to see the U.N. attack Egypt for it.
Looking around some more I see they reopened Rafah later on after the kidnappings and the last timne closed it when Hamas murdered those in power in Gaza and took control so good for the Egyptians.
But I also find it amazing how Syria the Saudis and even Saddam could pay stipends for murdering Jews, but can’t give them food or water?
The U.N. is mysteriously quiet about this! I guess only Jews are capable of violating human rights in the middle east.
