“The evidence is indisputable: Mitt Romney is lying to get Christian votes”
I agree
I have no one for whom I care to vote. *sigh* oh well...
So many RINOs, so few choices.
just can’t wait to hear Ann’s response! that will be good.
Jeez, is RTL shooting itself in the foot? Is Romney worse than McCain or Huckabee? Is Mitt worse than Hillary?
This is such “look at me” BS from the “nothing matters but abortion” crowd.
I am intellectually interested in what Ann has to say. And after that, I would like to see her. She is fascinating to me.
So they don’t endorse Annie, for endorsing Roomey? Fair enough. Who are they endorsing for endorsing who they are endorsing?
This group seems to exist for two purposes.
one, to attack Mitt Romney (and any person who has endorsed him), and
two, to attack National Right to Life.
A look at their web site finds grand statements of principles, but only attacks on Romney and the National Right to Life committee, and conservatives who haven’t denounced those two.
Ann seems to be unaware of the crisis of the RNC buying the unquestioned loyalty of National RTL (with actually money, and influence), and with NRTL affiliates commonly endorsing pro-choice candidates like Romney, because, "he might not be strongly pro-life, but he has the best chance of winning."
NRTL was the "impeccable voice" of the right to life movement when they endorsed Fred Thompson last year. Now we are posting stuff from a group that tears down the NRTL organization.
I am certainly suspicious of Romney’s recent (proclaimed) change of heart on abortion. But he’s got such worthies as Robert Bork supporting him, which lends hope as to his SCOTUS/judicial picks. And don’t forget that NARAL was blasting Romney by the end of Romney’s gubernatorial term, claiming he’d run in ‘02 as “pro-choice” but that NARAL had been “betrayed.”
So we have a RTL group condemning Romney AND NARAL doing so. Interesting.
Right on target! Annie got her panties all in a twitter over Mitt and left her conservative principles at the door. U.S. Army Retired |
Let's see, Colorado has a democrat governor, a democrat treasurer, and a largely democrat legislature. It looks as though Mr. Former Chairman was a little too busy picking fights with best-selling authors to do the job of advancing the Republican agenda (which is, I believe, pro-life).
Do you have any idea how many more babies will be murdered if Hillary becomes your president?
Hillary is certain to appoint judges (at all levels) that will overturn current and future state anti-abortion laws.
If Hillary wins, because you worked against her opponent, YOU will have baby blood on your hands.
And, now to a more current issue.
Perhaps a definition of poking a hornets' nest with a stick is to make a nonsensical accusation toward Ann Coulter.
You deserve everything she will cleverly write about how pathetic a poser you are.
Is there a link to the place where this is proven as alleged?
I am dubious that as Governor Romney actually had power and used it to promote abortion in Massachusetts.
We have a serious problem in the Republican party...
We have Rudy Guliani...pro choice but losing ground (good)
Mitt Romney...pro choice but changed to pro-life...yes, Reagan also changed his mind as did Poppa Bush when confronted with realities of abortion, but Romney is doing this late in his career which makes his change suspect.
John McCain...yes he is pro life YET when it came to standing up for life or standing up for his pet project, Campaign Finance (he wrote a brief against Wisconsin RTL about ads ) he sided with CFR.
Huckabee..decidedly pro-life but in every other way unacceptable...and his nomination will ensure a Hillary win
As I said...we’re in a mess
Few reasonable and decent human beings believe that a woman should be forced to bear the child of a rapist. It’s simply a continuation and aggravation of that horrible, horrible crime. Even those who believe a rape victim should be forced to bear the child to term must admit, if they are honest with themselves, that their conviction on that point troubles them greatly. Romney is on the right side of this sad and tragic issue.
Again.
Nother day, nother lie.
I agree. Ann has been had by Flip. But then again, a lot of women have. I call it ERCD—Estrogen Related Cognitive Dissonance.
