Wonder if they'd feel the same way if Hillary! was a Republican? When Dole ran for Senate, I watched the women in my office - women who had stated "Hey! I always vote for the female!!" - tie themselves in knots to figure out a way not to vote for her. I think that the final decision was that "Dole was too tough on abortion", whatever that means.

PS...I'm looking forward to seeing Southern Dems - some of the same women are among them - tie themselves in knots trying to figure out a way *NOT* to vote for Obama.

I think that it'll be fun to sit the sidelines and watch the Dems implode in '08. Hillary! is widely disliked, IMHO unelectable, completely ruthless in her quest for power and is (whispers) female. Obama is popular but unqualified, and is (whispers) black. They'll tear themselves up trying to out-victim and out-diversity each other.
