First, the premise is BS. No causal link between McCain and talk radio’s ‘declining influence’.
Second, they run this kind of story anytime they stir the tea leaves. They want to run this as cover for the huge democrat racial breakup occurring. They ignore that, but try to focus solely on the pubs’ problems.
The left is DESPERATE to diminish and minimalize the power of our voices, because they have NOTHING that can counbter it..
You’ve got to get with the Media’s action line, and the hyperbole regarding Right-Wing talk-radio...

Some of us work during Rush and are just too busy and cannot keep up with his daily discourse, however as an EIB University alumnus I can say that I am well armed and able to sort my way through the drive by media’s drivel without Father Rush holding my hand. I would think that he would be proud of those of us who can think on our own, have a solid moral foundation and can spot a RINO from 40 clicks. Wish I could be apart of the University a little more often, after all, none of us are graduates.
There are about ~2200 talk stations now. Up from < 100; 20 years ago? Rush’s business model about syndication did it. Regular people calling in makes the shows work.
Carol’s “report” is a screaming example of total ignorance concerning conservative people & issues.
