Viveca left out that the FEC cleared Hillary without having the benefit of a 5-minute video that had been withheld by the office of a US Attorney. Oh, yes, there was also that little thing about never calling key witnesses, including Kelly Craighead. She will be a key witness. Kelly was Hillary’s agent and a White House employee. Hillary admitted on tape that Kelly kept her totally briefed. She said that Kelly would them them what she needed. She offered her help. The Senate Ethics Committee used the flawed FEC report to clear Hillary. The Rosen defense used video from the 20/20 piece as evidence. The piece, not revealed by Viveca, was doctored at the last minute by Disney execs, who removed all references to Rosen. During the Rosen trial, Levin testified that he and Rosen were relieved after they saw the 20/20 piece. Three days before it aired, Brian Ross asked Peter for better photos of Rosen. Clearly, Rosen was intended to be a part of the report.
