Of course he's going to say that.
But he has to beat Romney, McQueeg and Huck first.

The large amount of absentees are in. When the absentees went out it was only Rudy in Florida....when they came in it was only Rudy in Florida. So folks if you’ve counted Rudy out...well...

Rudy running for Prez has become tiresome to say the least. And while he made a terrific Mayor of NYC, he should have set his goals on running for Governor of NYS instead of POTUS. Rudy would make a great Governor, but he is not POTUS material.
My Dad used to say, about former NYC Mayors, that it was a dead-end job .. and that seems to hold true to this day. No Mayor of NYC has ever advanced past that position. Even Mario Cuomo, who ran for Mayor but lost, went on to become Governor ... had he won the Mayorship then he probably wouldn't have ever become Governor or even entertained a run for Prez.
Oh well .... /babbling nonesense mode off :)
Well, I think Rudy certainly has an uphill battle, but he is indeed the only one who would have a chance to beat Hillary, IF he would get the Republican nomination, which has become very tenuous at best to highly unlikely at worst.
But if either Mitt or McCain wins Florida it will give the winner momentum towards the nomination. And if either Mitt or McCain will be the R nominee, a Hillary win is guaranteed.
So if either Mitt or McCain wins Florida, as is now likely, Hillary can break out the champagne and start selecting her cabinet.

NYC has a larger population, than 39 states in the US — so the responsibility of the Mayor of NYC is larger, than that of governors of 39 states.

Wrong.
Why do ppl think we have to run a democrat to beat a democrat?
McCain can’t win...
Romney can.

Rudy seems to run away from competition. He ran away from hllary in N.Y. He ran away from competing in Iowa, N.H., Nevada & S.C. He must have been expecting a coronation in Fla. Sorry Rudy, you have to compete.

Uphill battle? No. The battle’s over for Rudy. Rudy couldn’t beat a rug with a rug beater — let alone Hitlery.

Rudy couldn’t beat Hillary and Obama, but he needn’t worry about it. He won’t get that far. Rudy was under the false impression that his celebrity as New York’s mayor was all he needed to carry him to victory in the primaries. Just when it mattered, the media dug up McCain again, and Rudy’s celebrity didn’t count for squat.

NYC has a larger population, than 39 states in the US so the responsibility of the Mayor of NYC is larger, than that of governors of 39 states. That's hardly a fair opinion. Unlike a state, Rudy's NYC got to leach off of the rest of the state.
