Just starting a week of active duty at Peterson (Air Force Space Command) myself - upside of being attached in Colorado Springs is even when I’m doing 2 weeks, the altitude’s so high that they give you 3 weeks to get used to it before making you do a PT test! Went to a Conference there last February, by the middle of the week I was as sick as a dog, in bed with a horrible headache. I recovered quickly and had a wonderful time the day the conference ended. Got to check out the AF Academy and some of the scenery.
