The shape of the symbol is supposed to be a red tulip, representing the blood of the martyrs. It’s a monogram of the word Allah & of the phrase lah ilaha illa Allah. There is no God but Allah.
In the borders it says Allahu Akbar (God is the greatest) 11 times on each line, 22 in total. The Islaamic revolution was on the 22nd day of Bahman, the 11th month.
By the way, no = lah in Arabic.

Yeah, but in Farsi it looks like nah. That looks like an N connected to the alif and the haa, not a laam alif as in lah.
