The answer, of course, is "naggers."

Their declaration covers the whole panoply of uses, including that.

>>Let’s start with rap music.<<

The great irony here is that if it were not for Gangsta Rap, Hip Hop would not have the dominant place it does in music and advertising and the black community would have a whole lot less money.

They’re asking private individuals to support a change in behavior. What in the world does that have to do with the First Amendment?

External force or control isn’t going to change a thing; in fact, it might drive it to new highs (or lows). What is needed is for parents (usually two) to teach right and wrong by example as well as deed. Until that goal becomes the single-minded focus, well, good luck.

No way man, when I’m king I’m gonna make folks think and say what I want them to say and think.
Pretty stupid huh?
Though it is hard to teach and expect morals when you have one parent and don’t know who your papa is.

Controlling what people say is a step towards controlling what people think.

Silly, meaningless and bordering on censorship.

What happened to America?

When did we become such crybabies?

These kinds of resolutions are silly. The minute someone asks that any word not be said, everyone is going to start saying it more.

The organization is race-based....and therefore inherently racist. How about a petition to disband all race-based committees and organizations.

... It's an issue the United Negro College Fund is addressing today … sort of. The 64-year-old organization isn't officially removing "Negro" from its name but rather is unveiling a new branding effort that will focus on the acronym "UNCF." A new logo was unveiled today and the group is refocusing attention to the group's universal catchphrase, "A Mind Is a Terrible Thing to Waste." ( ... ) By refocusing attention to the acronym, the UNCF follows the lead of the American Association of Retired Persons, which in 1999 legally changed its name to AARP to reflect that its focus...

"Does impeding on the first admendment bother anyone amymore?"

Not to worry, as it is selectively used, and then only targeted to a certain race, gender, and political persuasion.

Clear now? ;)
