absolutely Bubba brought up and out just how racist the rats truly are!! Far worse than the handful of Neanderthals left on our side.Just think about how often msm commentators count on this rat area of that area to vote in lock step and how often its based on race.

Don’t underestimate the ability of the electorate to make the wrong vote.

Clinton was elected twice, and he was an empty suit compared to HW Bush and Dole.

Obama is smooth and uses inspirational (albeit empty) language. There is also a certain inevitability factor to the first serious black presidential candidate.

I’m not saying I agree that Obama is the better candidate; but, nor will I hide my head in the sand about his strengths as a ‘rat candidate.

I don’t think endorsements matter that much in FL. The only real block or lead-by-the-nose voters are the Cubans in Miami. Somebody gets a big bag of money and then a handful get medium bags then a bunch get small bags and then the precinct captains get wads. I am a bit far away from it over her on the SW coast so I don’t know who the professional pols over there are backing. Sounds like McCain.

I'm also guilty of believing the polls which show McCain would beat either dem during the general election with the help of independents

I firmly believe that these polls are being concocted to drive our party to nominate McCain.

Nah. When Huck came on I just switched it to something else (Don’t even remember what it was) and directed my full attention to this thread. A refkex similar to that when Hillary invades my living room. A quick fix for rapidly rising blood pressure!

In New Jersey a campaign I was in brought in bags of cash, and sent out packets of ‘walking around money’ to local political leaders for their ‘expenses in bringing out the vote’. This in a fully developed urbanized area (Newark, NJ).

Here too. I sold all my property in the Keys before I moved up here. I wanted to get some “Speak English” stickers and put them all over the Islamorada. That was the final straw for me. I decided to split instead. This is grey hair midwest central. LOL.

Yeah, sure. But never fear, he is going to do it real soon and how will we know when he has succeeded? He will have border state governors certify that he has. See, they will have told us so. All will be well.

I agree wholeheartedly- and if we watch and listen to the various cable stations it almost seems as though “the fix is in”. I SWEAR I’m not a tinfoil kind of gal- but there’s something SO ...off...about this primary season and try as I will- I can’t articulate it.
